Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with government and large organizations
• Proven track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes
• Experience with smart city technologies, public safety, or government solutions
• Strong network within Texas government and institutional markets
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Territory includes: TX, OK, LA, AR, NM

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for the Texas territory
• Build relationships with state and local government officials, police departments, and municipal leaders
• Manage complex procurement processes and government contract negotiations
• Coordinate with federal partners and national account teams
• Lead regional trade show participation and industry event representation
• Manage and mentor junior sales staff within region
